The MAGA Presidency and the Pentagon

There are two ways to defend democracy and only one is electoral

Some quick thoughts about the national security state under a MAGA presidency.

I’m triggered (in a good way), by a smart, disturbing read from Andrea Mazzarino about how the Pentagon is positioned to go full MAGA fash under Trump.

Her take is that a Trump-loyalist deep state would be a nightmare (obviously), but also that it’s more than plausible and that the Pentagon would be a stronghold for it.
