It's not my district, of course, but Bushra strikes me as a more authentic anti-imperialist candidate. There's something about Abughazaleh that strikes me as inauthentic and/or performative. Supporting Rubio and Buttigieg as an adult?? How old is she?
Yeah, I think you’re right about Bushra--she reached out to me when I made some critical comments about Kat online and I hadn’t even been aware of her campaign but it looks like she’s the real deal. I believe Kat is 26. The Mermel thing shows poor judgment or immaturity or both. Kat denies that he was at a post-10/7 rally but who knows--doesn’t look good either way, and the testimony I got from my friend is already quite damning. But Kat’s clean up answers on Breaking Points was mostly very good

The fact that she hired Ben Mermel in the first place is alarming. A quick search of the internet reveals that he was attending pro-Israel rallies post-October 7.
